Cyprus:
- Official languages: Greek, Turkish
- Minority  languages: Armenian, Cypriot Arabic
- Capital (and largest city): Nicosia
- Adopted the euro as the official currency on 1 January 2008
- Population of 1,17 million inhabitants (2016 estimate)
- Population of Cyprus is 0,2% of the total EU population
- Not part of the Schengen area
- Unemployment rate is 10,8% (measured in July 2017)
- 6 MEPs, they share 0,8% of all seats
- No permanent representative in the European Council
- Nominee by Cyprus to the European Commission is Christos Styliandes, responsible for                      Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management
- Antonis Liatsos, J. is the representative of the Supreme Court in Cyprus.
- Representative in the European Central Bank is unknown (at least I didn´t find it)
